Shilajit Honey Explained: What It Is & How to Enjoy It

Shilajit honey is one of the most talked-about items in our Honey & Wellness range. Here’s what’s actually in the jar, and how people make it part of their day.
What is shilajit?
Shilajit is a sticky, tar-like resin found in mountain regions, including the Himalayas. It has been used in traditional wellness routines for centuries and naturally contains a range of trace minerals.
